This Halloween project starts with a piece of white corrugated plastic. We found a 4'x8' sheet at Home Depot for around $10. In our local store they keep it next to the plexiglass. This material is nice because not only is it inexpensive but it's already white and is water and weatherproof.
The white corrugated plastic can be cut with a razor knife but we found the easiest way to cut it was with a hot razor. Using a wood burning tool with a razor attachment allowed us to cut out each design quickly and easily.
Ghost decorations can be designed to be staked into the ground, wire tied to columns or hand railings or adhered to windows.

For the eyes and mouth, you have the option of either cutting the out or using a sharpie marker to color them black. If your color the eyes you may have to touch up the area each season as the color will fade a bit with time.
